Lydia took her time and put effort into bringing different options out for me. She was super patient and kind, and willingly able to explain things with no judgement. Best rep ever, great location with great service 😊

I had an excellent experience at this location. Lydia was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate in helping me find products that supported my mental well-being and overall wellness goals. She took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make thoughtful recommendations without making me feel rushed. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to providing great customer service. Every interaction made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality products and a supportive, knowledgeable team. Thank you, Lydia, and the entire staff, for such a positive experience.

Lydia and the team over at Culta dispensary are incredible. The selection, pricing and specials are fantastic. Most of everyone I speak to there knows me and what I am looking for either I give them a hint or I get a laundry list of suggestions. Spend money here!

Shoutout to Raven at Culta in Columbia, MD — seriously a 10/10 experience today. I came in for a 1g disposable cart and an eighth of OG Kush by District Cannabis, and Raven made the whole visit next level. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She gave me some great advice on hemp wraps and put me onto Blazy Susan’s, which I’m excited to try. What really stood out though was how much she went above and beyond. I mentioned how I usually don’t get stickers here even when I ask, and she came back hooking me up with WAY more than expected — a lanyard for my cart, 10+ stickers, a dab tool, a keychain, and even two packs of Roll One rolling papers. That kind of customer care doesn’t go unnoticed. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers having a great experience, not just making a sale. Raven made my whole visit feel appreciated and personal. If you’re going to Culta Columbia, definitely ask for Raven — she’s awesome.

i’m gonna keep this picture up from the last experience I had because the weed is not always quality but the service is outright the most disrespectful customer service I’ve experienced in the zip code The lack of communication about no debit cards, the lack of any social skills when it comes to Customer service is outright the worst. I have probably experienced since the last time I tried to give this place a try. I’m finished I won’t return Good luck with everyone else that gives them a try
